Katherine Heigl, who earlier this year got “Knocked Up” in the hit motion picture

Heigl found much to explore with the character. “Like other people,.

Chelsea Clinton's Engagement Ring

Jewelry hounds, I'm shocked, sickened and - well - wondering if there is a man left in America who doesn't text strippers
when their wives aren't looking. If Jesse James finds it necessary to cheat on Sandra friggin Bullock, it makes it hard to get excited
about anyone wanting to find eternal bliss.

Stylists would put Hillary's hair on their to-do list

Hillary Clinton Debuts a New Hairstyle

The big political news this week is not that Hillary Clinton might be our next secretary of State. It's that she unveiled a new hairstyle for the first time since her bid for the Democratic nomination. The Telegraph spoke to Laura and Barbara Bush's hairstylist, who says Hillary shouldn't have matched her headband to her hair, and that she looks like she's about to wash her face (we kind of agree — she could go straight from the gala to a table at Bliss for an extraction with that thing). The Telegraph also postures that she's channeling Ukrainian prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko with her yellow braided milkmaid-esque headband. "[I]t could be bad timing to imitate the distinctive look when Tymoshenko's political future is uncertain — elections are next month — and her reign is marred by a bitter rift with Ukrainian President Yushchenko," the paper adds. Oh, why make it so complicated? She's obviously just been watching a little too much Gossip Girl.

Hillary Clinton's hair can't catch a break. It's certainly seen its ups and downs over the years -- from long, Gennifer Flowers-like layers to short power bobs and layered, tomboy-ish crops.

But we couldn't help but notice her voluminous hair at a recent press conference in Kenya. Clinton's hair had been blown-out with a little extra body -- a noticeable change from the flatter looks she's been sporting of late.

The StyleList staff is divided on the look. Some like the change, and others still feel her hair is too short and aging.

* Secrecy of Clinton nuptials fuels buzz

Although many of the details about Chelsea Clinton's wedding remain speculative, Columbus-area hairstylists put stock in one bit of guessing
regarding the mother of the bride: Hillary Clinton is growing her hair out for a ceremony-appropriate up-do.

"It was the first thing I thought about when I saw her on the news (recently)," said Jacob Neal, owner of Jacob Neal Salon, 650 N. High St.

As first lady and during her own presidential-campaigning days, Clinton kept her hair short. More recently, though, she has been sporting a look that
sits just above the shoulders.

Putting themselves in the shoes of Clinton's stylist, Neal and two other Columbus-area hair experts detailed how they'd guide the secretary of state
for the big day.

Describing Clinton's hair as hard- and stiff-looking, Neal said he would give her soft curls at the sides of her face and around the temples as well
as wispy bangs - and pull the rest back in a full up-do.

"It looks like it's all one length," he said, "so when I pulled it up, I would make sure there's some texture."

Christine Robinson of Kenneth's Hair Salon and Day Spa on Morse Road said she'd favor a "half-up, half-down" style.

She'd make soft curls all over Clinton's head, she said. Then she'd pin some up and leave lower strands down to give Clinton's hair the volume she is

trying to achieve but hasn't yet managed by simply letting it grow.

"With the length of her hair," Robinson said, "she really can't get it all up."

Molly Curtis of Charles Penzone's Grand Salon in Gahanna said Clinton's heavy-on-the-hairspray style of the 1960s needs to be more "tousled and messy."

She agreed with Robinson that Clinton's hair isn't long enough for a full up-do, but she'd make it work by using extensions.

She'd opt for a modern look featuring side-swoop bangs and a chignon (a knotted, messy bun).

Because of the status of the wedding, she said, Clinton's choice might differ from traditional mother-of-the-bride styles.

"Mothers typically do an everyday style - just more refined. It's more classy, clean, understated."

Regardless of the look Clinton chooses, Neal, Robinson and Curtis all agree on what she should do with her hair after next Saturday:
Get rid of the length.

"As soon as the wedding is over, I hope she cuts it off," Neal said. "I don't think it really suits her."

Chelsea Clinton Chooses Wedding Dress

*UPDATE: The New York Times White House correspondent Sheryl Gay Stolberg told the "Today show's" Ann Curry that Chelsea Clinton has chosen a wedding dress by Oscar De La Renta .

Earlier sources had told Stylelist that the bride-to-be also had a made-to-measure gown waiting for her in the workshop of New York bridal designer Vera Wang.

Chelsea Clinton's top-secret July 31 wedding is being planned by Massachusetts events organizer Bryan Rafanelli and will be held at a venue
"within a three-hour drive of New York City," according to details released today by New York magazine.

Even invited guests will only find out the exact location a week before the ceremony.

One pal of the bride tells StyeList: "Chelsea is just the most down-to-earth person in real life. She works, she's crazy about Marc [Mezvinsky, her
investment-banker fiancé]. But it's going to be hard for her to plan this wedding and keep it intimate because things tend to get big when her parents
are involved. Her mom and dad know a lot of people."

The guest list is already a cause of fierce speculation. "It's not a celebrity-driven wedding," an insider tells New York magazine. "You really see who
their closest friends are in this list."

Invitations are said to be limited to 400 people and the bride has "instituted a strict no-strangers policy: She must personally know every invitee."

(Fans of old-school New York society might remember that 400 was also the number of names on Mrs. Caroline Astor's famous list of approved socialites
-- 400 being the number of people who could fit into her ballroom.)

Terry McAuliffe, the former DNC chairman and longtime Clinton consigliere, is said to be charged with finding a venue, which will probably be the home
of a wealthy Clinton donor.

The Hamptons are reportedly out because of weekend congestion on the roads of New York's luxury playground, meaning the likely location will be the moneyed
but more bucolic Dutchess or Westchester counties (where Bill and Hilary Clinton have a base in the hamlet of Chappaqua).

New York magazine writes that guests will include "Clinton's special assistant Doug Band, former White House social secretary Capricia Marshall, and top
Hillary Clinton aide and former traveling chief of staff Huma Abedin." (Planner Rafanelli is also doing Abedin's upcoming wedding to New York City
congressman Rep. Anthony Weiner.)

Off the list is said to be California supermarket billionaire and major Clinton-donor Ron Burkle. The former President's wingman, who had a fondness
for the ladies -- and a private jet with an unrepeatable nickname that indicates it was where he liked to seal the deal -- is said to have made Hillary
and Chelsea nervous about his friendship with Bill.

Also unknown is the designer of Chelsea's wedding dress. The pal tells StyleList: "I think the smart money is on a New York designer like Oscar de
la Renta or Vera Wang. Chelsea is quite traditional when it comes to fashion."
